The agitators have attacked train stations in several states, including Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Telangana.
According to an Indian Railways press release, 141 trains scheduled for Tuesday have been cancelled entirely or partially.
SGLA-ANDI KISAN SPL (00101), Sangola-Adarsh Nagar Delhi, RV-BZM KISAN (00105), Raver to Bhimsen, DVL-MFP KISAN (00107), Davlali to Muzaffarpur Junction are among the trains that have been cancelled.
According to the Railways, the GNO-SNDT PASSENGER SPL, which was scheduled to depart from NSC Bose J GMO to Sindri town at 4:35 pm, has been partially cancelled from NSC Bose J GMO to Dhanbad Jn and will now depart from Dhanbad Jn at 5:26 pm.
Similarly, JJJ-JUC MEXP SPL, which was scheduled to depart from Jaijon Doaba to Jalandhar City at 5:50 p.m., has been partially cancelled from Jaijon Doaba to N S Doaba and will depart from N S Doaba at 6:35 p.m.
In addition to these, 49 additional trains have been partially cancelled and rescheduled.
Though no official reason for the cancellation has been given by the Railways, it has been the target of violent protests by youths against the Agnipath scheme, a short-term recruitment plan to incorporate youth into the defence forces.

The three forces, the Indian Army, the Indian Air Force, the Indian Navy, and also the central government, have stated that they will not reverse the scheme that limits the tenure of recruits and benefits such as pensions.
The Indian Air Force said on Sunday that it had received 56,960 applications under the Agnipath recruitment scheme as of Sunday, just three days after the registration process began on Friday.
From June 24, 2022, the Indian Air Force (IAF) began the registration process for recruitment through the Agnipath scheme 2022.
