UP Warriorz clashed with Mumbai Indians today at DY Patil Stadium, Mumbai. UP Warriorz Skipper Alyssa Healy won the toss and opted to bowl first. She cited that the team performs better while chasing. They played with a single change, Parshvi Chopra got in playing 11 in place of Shweta Sehrawat. Mumbai Indians Skipper Harmanpreet Kaur joked about getting used to losing the toss. The playing 11 remained unchanged for MI. The Mumbai Indians have secured their place for the upcoming playoffs and were looking to secure its place at the top of the table, and in doing so they would have also ensured a direct route into the finals. But today’s low-scoring thriller match shattered the dreams of MI of getting the Q in front of their name. On the other hand, UP Warriorz made a comeback after their previous two consecutive losses.
