Recently, Myntra, through social networking website Twitter, announced a collaboration next to Impossible to imagine. It is to imagine, ’Rekha in the role of Barbie’. The visuals are simply stunning and you won’t be able to help but stare at her in awe.

As we all know, Rekha’s personality is timeless and mysterious. Not only in Bollywood she has her fame of iconic beauty but through this reimagination she has made space in the entire globe. 

These two adjectives: timeless and mysterious, aptly describe the iconic Bollywood diva. On July 3, the veteran actress’ regal portraits from her Vogue Arabia photoshoot were released and went viral. Rekha worked with renowned fashion designer Manish Malhotra for the shoot.

Rekha’s love for fashion has been a topic of discussion on various social media platforms, and it was only natural that someone would use Artificial Intelligence to create images of the diva.

Myntra, an e-shopping platform, took to Twitter to announce a collaboration you never thought you’d need! Rekha is  Barbie! The results are simply stunning, and you won’t be able to take your eyes off Rekha as you look at the pictures. “We asked AI to re-imagine rekha like Barbie,” read the tweet.

The post has been liked more than 11k times and has generated a lot of comments. People were impressed with the results of the post and wrote about how Rekha could have played a great role for Barbie. She could have brought a certain sweetness to the character, according to some people.

The movie is set to hit theatres on the 21st of July 2024. Margot Robbie will be playing the role of Barbie alongside Ryan Gosling. The movie is directed by the award-winning writer and director of “Lady Bird”.

 Barbie is expected to be one of the most highly anticipated movies of the summer, with Margot Robbie starring as the beloved doll, while Ryan Gosling portrays Ken. According to the official Barbie website, the film’s plot is described as follows: “Living in Barbie Land means being a perfect creature in a perfect environment, unless you have a complete existential crisis. Or you’re Ken.”

Barbie Among Controversy Is Going To Hit Theatres Soon

Margot Robbie’s upcoming film “Barbie” has sparked international debate over its depiction of an Asian political conflict in a scene that recognizes the “nine-dash line”. This scene has raised questions about whether certain countries should allow the film to be released commercially in their respective regions, with Vietnam being the first country to ban screenings of the movie.

The ban came after it was discovered that the film showed a map featuring the ‘nine-dash line,’ a series of line segments that China uses to assert its sovereignty over the South China Sea, which it claims to own. Vietnam, like many other neighboring countries, contests China’s claims in the area and sees the inclusion of the 9-dash line as a violation of its sovereignty.

However, Vietnam and the Philippines are willing to work out a compromise, including the possibility of omitting the scene featuring the 9-dash line or editing the map.
