Diet Coke is a zero-calorie beverage from the famous carbonated soda brand "Coca-Cola".

But is it any better than the latter?

whereas Regular Coke Contains corn syrup or sugar, leading to a significant calorie content.

Both taste almost similar and have almost the same amount of caffeine in them

Many recent studies have shown that aspartame causes cancer and listed as a possible carcinogen

Carcinogen means it can possibly cause cancer.

Diet Coke uses the word "SWEETNERS(951, 950)" which is just another name for Aspartame

If not Diet Coke, then what actually is the healthy option to these beverages?

Coconut water is generally considered a healthier option when compared to these beverages

You can also switch between Fruit Juices..

And Iced-Tea for better options than sugar loaded beverages.
