Samsung announces the price of their most awaited gadgets Galaxy Z Flip 5, Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Tab S9, Galaxy Watch 6.
On Wednesday, Samsung introduced its latest gadgets, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5, at the Galaxy Unpacked event in Seoul, South Korea. These cutting-edge foldable smartphones were showcased alongside the Galaxy Watch 6 series and the Galaxy Tab S9 series. During the event, Samsung also disclosed the prices specifically tailored for the Indian market for its new generation of Galaxy folding smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches. The company’s lineup now includes Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip 5,Galaxy Tab S9 series, and Galaxy Watch 6 series. Along this new launch, Samsung has also brought down their prices to match their competitors like Xiami in the Indian market.
With its 7.6″ display, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 offers a slimmer, lighter, and highly portable design. Equipped with a 4400mAh typical dual battery system, users can enjoy up to 21 hours of uninterrupted viewing. The Snapdragon processor ensures a seamless and smooth user experience. The camera, boasting 50 MP, provides creative freedom for vibrant colors and detailed observations. The pricing for the 12 GB + 256GB variant is set at Rs 154,999, the 12GB+512GB is set at Rs. 164,999 while the 12 GB + 1TB variant is priced at Rs 184,999.
Offering a range of 8 vibrant colors, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 comes equipped with a 6.70-inch primary display and a 3.40-inch secondary display. Both displays feature a resolution of 720×790 pixels. Under the hood, the device is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. Operating on Android 13, the phone is fueled by a 3700mAh battery and supports both wireless charging and proprietary fast charging technology. The pricing for the 8 GB + 256GB variant is set at Rs 99,999, while the 8 GB + 512GB variant is priced at Rs 109,999.
The Galaxy Watch 6 series boasts 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The 40mm base model features a 1.3-inch screen, while the 44mm version comes with a larger 1.5-inch display.. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic is available in 43mm with a 1.3-inch screen and 47mm with a 1.5-inch panel. This device offers fitness tracking capabilities, including heart rate, oxygen level, and sleep pattern monitoring. The starting price for the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 is $299 (approximately Rs 24,500), while the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic starts at $399 (around Rs 32,700).
The Galaxy Tab S9 features an impressive Dynamic AMOLED 2X display and is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, providing excellent performance. With a sleek 5.9mm thickness and a weight of 498 grams, it is both stylish and lightweight. The tablet is equipped with an 8400mAh battery to keep you powered throughout the day.
