The student was shot while trying to escape Kyiv, Union Minister VK Singh informed new agency ANI
In the same week of an Indian student’s death in the midst of Russian shelling in Kharkiv in war-torn Ukraine, Union Minister VK Singh reports the death of an Indian student in Kyiv, Ukraine’s capital. The student was attempting to escape Kyiv.
It was then that he was wounded, reported Singh. He is reported to have been taken back into Kyiv to be treated in a hospital.
General (Retd.) VK Singh informed reporters at ANI at the Rzeszow airport in Poland, “We have heard reports that a student leaving Kyiv was shot. He was taken back into Kyiv and immediately taken to the hospital. This is happening in the fighting.”
Another Indian student killed in Kharkiv

General VK Singh is part of this special envoy. ANI reports Singh to have said,
