On April 14, 2022, a teacher and a student at a Delhi School were found to be positive for COVID-19.
Following their diagnosis, the student and the teacher were immediately sent home and placed on administrative leave until they could recover fully, at which point they would be allowed to come back to the school premises.
According to the most recent information received, the classmates of the sick teachers and students have also been sent home to prevent any possible spread of the virus among the students in the classroom.
Currently, there has been no indication as to whether the school will be shutting down or moving to an online-only model soon. Further information may be expected to be released after the situation at the privately managed Delhi school has been examined.
