Famous YouTuber “Flying Beast” aka Gaurav Taneja arrested for Violating Section 144 in Noida to celebrate his Birthday with Fans!
Famous YouTuber Gaurav Taneja also known as “Flying Beast” arrested in Noida for Violating Section 144. The YouTuber reportedly was celebrating his Birthday with Fans and booked a metro train Coach a month ago.
The Police Said, “ FLying Beast aka Gaurav Taneja was booked under sections pertaining to wrongful restraint and disobedience to order of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).”
According to officers of Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC), Taneja’s manager booked a Metro train coach a month ago to celebrate the YouTuber’s birthday.
Nisha Wadhawan, an officer on Special Duty, NMRC said, “We received a booking for one Gaurav Taneja a month ago and informed him that the capacity of a Metro train is 200 people (50 people for each coach). We also informed him of Section 144 imposed in the district. We told him to inform the local police station so that arrangements can be made in case a large number of people gather”
According to police, Gaurav Taneja neither sought permission nor informed the local police about the event. An FIR was registered against him at the Sector 49 police station after hundreds of his fans blocked the road in front of the Sector 51 Metro station on Saturday.
Ranvijay Singh, additional deputy commissioner of police said, “The YouTuber informed his 3.3 million followers on Instagram that he will be celebrating his 36th birthday on the Noida Metro”
Taneja reached the spot opposite the Sector 51 Metro station at around 2pm. After then a large crowd started to gathered on the road going towards Sector 71 and traffic was blocked. Following this, police noticed the matter.
The 36-Years Old YouTuber was granted bail by the Police. Gaurav Taneja’s YouTube channel “Flying Beast” has over 7 million subscribers. While Gaurav has 3.3 million followers on Instagram, Ritu (his wife)has 1.6 million followers. The couple was recently seen on the Star Plus show Smart Jodi, in which celebrities and their partners competed in a series of tasks and challenges to prove their chemistry as real-life couples.
He runs three YouTube channels ‘Flying Beast’, ‘Fit Muscle TV’ and ‘Rasbhari Ke Papa’ where he makes fitness-related videos as well as daily life vlogs and live streams and much more.
Gaurav is a civil engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur and he is currently pursuing Law at the Faculty of Law, Delhi University.
