The upgraded feature- SoftwareÂ
One of the exciting changes that appear in this model is the software. Samsung’s Tizen OS goes out, and the new WearOS comes in.
The change in software showcases the collaboration of Samsung with Google, letting users have access to Google apps on smartwatches produced by the tech giant- Samsung. Google Assistant, however, isn’t available in the classic model; Bixby is.Â
One of the key features is its lack of compatibility with the iPhones; they can only pair with Android 6.0 or higher. Â
Needless to say, Yes! For the moment, the lack of compatibility with iOS devices devoid the tech giant of a market segment that is iPhone driven.
A significant chunk of the smartphone users uses Android, yet Samsung does miss out on the potential iPhone users’ feature.Â
