Delhi based AAP (Aam Admi Party) has been in its glorious phase for quite a time now after its record-breaking win at Gujarat’s local body election and the win in Punjab’s assembly elections have made the party future prospect for replacing INC as main opposition which have given rise to AAP’s expansion strategy outside Punjab and Delhi.
AAP has been trying to achieve the status of national party for a while now and have shown its potential to become the third power in Indian politics, also now with Punjab in hand AAP has a golden opportunity for the same.
AAP’s plans have also been weighed by the fact that the Rajya Sabha is going to have elections for 13 seats which will be vacant due to end of tenure for members from Assam, Himachal Pradesh, etc. On 10th of April and elections for the same would be there on 31st March and AAP has a golden opportunity to increase its Rajya Sabha MPs from 3 to 8 after that landslide victory in Punjab.

With AAP looking ready for the upcoming state as well as general election it is very important for the party to go on with the same momentum and develop Punjab as model state in order to set an example for people so that they can vote them for the same.
This expansion will have a long-time effect on Indian politics that too when Indian politics is already facing a need of strong opposition to strengthen the democracy.
