Two of the most loved brands, Balenciaga and Adidas can have a possible collaboration to bring out Adidas’s Triple S design.
The assumed first look of this design was leaked by the page of an Instagram influencer/ sneakers enthusiast; Appolo Luo. According to his post, the shoe looks sturdy and with black and white hues.
The upper body of the shoe seems to be made of white leather with meshwork added to it. The details on the shoe seem to be done by the black leather. The Adidas monogram can be seen on the heal tag with Balenciaga’s logo along its side. The outer sole of the shoe seems to be grey in color.
The post by Luo has the caption which reads “Early pair Adidas x Balenciaga in hand look #adidas #balenciaga. The post has captured all the amazement and excitement for the collab in the comment section.
Some of the commenters have dropped fire emojis and some seem to be excited and willing to get one for themselves as they are writing “Need” or “Want” under the post. The sneaker enthusiasts have filled Twitter with posts regarding the collab and have shown their interest and excitement for the potential collaboration.
While the excitement is at its maximum some people also think it is unnecessary and are criticizing it. Not just the sports and sneaker fans, some shoe retailers also seem to be excited about this and have shown their enthusiasm for this. A sneaker retailer Snekar.
in did an Instagram post regarding the news to show their enthusiasm. In this post, they have written the news as the caption. The caption reads “A Potential Adidas Originals x Balenciaga Triple-S Surfaces. Take the first look.
Amidst all the early looks at sneakers we have received, a potential Adidas originals x Balenciaga Triple-S has surfaced.” The rest of the caption talks about the design of the shoe. Adidas has previously, collaborated with other brands like Prada and Gucci.
The collaboration of the brand with Gucci was in fact, for the Fashion Week 2022. The latest Instagram post by Adidas Originals introduces the customers to a range of avatars based on one’s personalities.
The customers can customize their own avatars on osworld.adidas.com. The comment section of this post shows the enthusiasm of the audience for this announcement. People are dropping hearts, hearts in their eyes and fire emojis in the comments.
It was recently reported that Balenciaga was headed to New York City for its spring 2024 collection. Another news that came out about Balenciaga recently was that Balenciaga’s London flagship is in danger due to its improper infrastructure.
The two brands are yet to make an official announcement regarding the collab which makes the news unofficial and might be a rumor as well but, the pictures have stirred a discussion among the sneaker enthusiasts.
Recently, a lot of brands have been collaborating but, the proposed collaboration between these two brands seems to catch the most eyes.
