The 94th Academy Awards are set to take place on March 27, at the Dolby Theatre at the Hollywood & Highland Center in LA. In India, it will be aired on March 28 at 6:30 AM on Star World and Star Movies.
After a hostless ceremony for three years, this year’s Oscar will have three hosts as comedian Amy Schumer will be joined by Regina Hall and Wanda Sykes.
The Academy on March 3 revealed the six presenters for this year’s Oscars: Lady Gaga, Zoë Kravitz, Kevin Costner, Rosie Perez, Chris Rock, and Yuh-Jung Youn. The other presenters include Daniel Kaluuya, Lily James, Lupita Nyong’o, Tracee Ellis Ross, Mila Kunis, Naomi Scott, Uma Thurman, Jamie Lee Curtis, Halle Bailey, Jason Momoa, Josh Brolin, Samuel L. Jackson, Anthony Hopkins, Rami Malek, Simu Liu, and John Travolta.
The iconic pop star “Beyoncé” received her first Oscar nomination for the song “Be Alive” from King Richard. She will also perform her nominated song along with Billie Eilish and Finneas who are nominated for “No Time to Die”.
The other nominated artists are Sebastián Yatra and Reba McEntire who will perform ”Dos Oruguitas” and “Somehow you do” respectively. The Belfast nominee, Van Morrison won’t be able to perform his song “Down to Joy.” The night will be all starry as Hollywood actors and actresses will be walking down the red carpet looking splendid.
