Calcutta High Court on Monday voiced out that the state’s decision to vend 47% shares of Metro Dairy that was  limited to Kaventer Agro was “neither illegal nor irrational”. Chinese technology major Tencent has bought a stake that is worth USD 264 million in Flipkart, from Binny Bansal, who is the co-founder of Flipkart through its European subsidiary.
