Jio, SES Join hands to deliver Satellite-based Broadband services in India.

Reliance Jio has formed a joint venture with SES, a Luxembourg-based satellite systems provider, called Jio Space Technology Limited. The joint company aims to leverage satellite technology to create next-generation scalable and inexpensive internet services in India.  Jio and SES will each own 51 percent and 49 percent of the equity interest, respectively. YouTube has announced that it will enter the realm of non-fungible tokens (NFTs), a web3 and blockchain-based metaverse. The Enterprise Resource Application, managed by the Computerized Inventory Control Group (CICG) of the Ordnance Services Directorate, uses Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tagging technology for asset tracking in the Indian Army.  As the technology is known, RFID is used in almost every aspect of civilian life. Instagram has announced that additional capabilities will be added to the app’s “Your Activity” settings. Thanks to the new capabilities, users will monitor and control all of their activity in one location. This feature can delete or archive large amounts of content and interactions in bulk. India’s ‘Writing with Fire’ wins nominations at Academy Awards 2022.

The Indian documentary ‘Writing with Fire,’ directed by Rintu Thomas and Sushmit Ghosh, has been nominated for an Academy Award. It has made it to the final five contenders for the 94th Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature. ‘Writing with Fire’ is maybe the first all-India indie film to reach the final round of nominations in this category.
