On December 10, at around 1 a.m. Sarhali Police Station in Tarn Taran was attacked by a rocket launcher-like weapon. On December 6, An 8-year-old identified as Tanmay Sahu fell into a 55-ft deep borewell in Mandavi village of Betul district in Madhya Pradesh. Rescue operations have been conducted for over 60 hours to save him. Many NDRF and SDRF teams have been deployed at the site and cranes are being used for the rescue operation. On December 6, amid the ongoing border conflict between Maharashtra and Karnataka, six trucks transporting goods from Maharashtra were attacked by Kannada Rakshana Vedike activists when they entered Karnataka through the Belgavi district. Over 400 activists threw stones and protested against the vehicles near Hirebagewadi, Belgavi. Karnataka police arrested Kannada activists which included the president of Karnataka Rakshana Vedike Narayan Gowda.
