The US state Secretary Antony Blinken announced a 10-year program to strengthen democratic governance in sub-Saharan regions of Africa. The program is going to have a budget of 2 billion US dollars. Children were offered polio vaccines following the detection of polio virus in the London sewage. The UK health authorities announced the virus’ return on Wednesday. According to Russian state media, North Korea has graciously offered Russia 100K “volunteers” to help Russia in the fight against Ukraine.  North Korea plans to significantly boost Russia’s invasion with their offered troops. It is reported that the pariah state had offered help to Russia in exchange for energy and crops from the Kremlin.
