Uttarakhand Education Minister at Doon University announced that the State Government is planning to include Gita, Upanishads and Vedas in their schools’ syllabus.  The Education Minister of Uttarakhand, Dhan Singh Rawat, announced on Sunday that the state government is considering including the Hindu religious texts in the school syllabus.
