Negotiation talks between Russia and Ukraine commenced in Istanbul, Turkey where Russia promised to limit the military deployment in Kyiv and other cities. On Tuesday, the Russian and Ukrainian diplomats met in Turkey, Istanbul to discuss the peace negotiations.
