A 38 years old woman and her lover, 50, were arrested on May 13 on the charges of sexually assaulting her minor daughter by the Chennai Police. As per the reports, the girl is aged 13. The case came to light after the woman took the daughter’s baby to the nearby Primary Health Centre when the baby fell sick. Devendra Kumar Sharma, an Indian Air Force Officer has been arrested from Duala Kuan’s Subrato Park by Delhi’s Crime Branch for allegedly divulging sensitive information to an unidentified woman. The suspected woman has contacted Sharma on Facebook. The woman is said to be related to Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI). According to the breed wise data released by Livestock, 23 breeds of the indigenous cattle population has declined in the last seven years, from 2012 to 2019. Out of the total population of 20 crores of the cattle breeds in India, almost 26.5% constitute the high yielding exotic and crossbred animals. The rest 73.5% are included under indigenous and non-descript (undescribed breeds) category. The data was made official by government of India on Thursday.  Crossbred “Jersey” contributes to 55% of the total cattle population, followed by 43% of “Holstein Friesian” cattle breed.
