The Indian rupee has been marked down by 14 paise, 77.69 against the US dollar. While tracking the persistent foreign fund outflows and elevated global crude oil prices, this depreciation took place. On Thursday, over 2000 new Covid cases were recorded in India. According to the Union Health ministry, the recovery rate was recorded at 98.75 percent. Delhi water Minister, Satyendra Jain, said that the Yamuna River had dried up as the Haryana government was withholding water.
