Israel signed a major trade deal with UAE. The deal has signed to boost the trade between the two countries. The deal has some major negotiations on tax rates, intellectual property and imports. The Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement was signed by the Israeli Minister of Economy and Industry Orna Barbivai and the UAE Minister of Economy Abdulla bin Touq al-Marri, on Tuesday. The French authorities replaced the key terms of video gaming with French words to maintain the French decorum and to protect them from the “tyranny” of English. The French language enrichment commission has provided a new translation for English vocab which is used by video gamers. Some important terms for video games are: appariement de joueurs for matching between the players in multiplayer gaming; jeu social en ligne for social games; jeu vidéo de compétition for e-sport; joueur professionnel for pro-gammers; joueur en direct for a steamer. Iraqi parliament has passed a bill, named ‘Banning Normalisation and Establishment of Relations with the Zionist Entity’ on Thursday to ban normalization of ties with Israel and any relation with “Israeli occupation.” The state news agency INA reported that the bill was passed by unanimous vote during an ordinary session of parliament. Pakistan National Assembly on Thursday approved Election (amendment) bill 2022 for amending the 2017 election reforms which had passed under former Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan term. These reforms gave opportunity to overseas Pakistanis to cast their vote via I-Voting in elections and it provided the recommendations to use of EVMs in elections. Moody’s in its Global Macro Outlook Report on Thursday cut-downed the GDP forecast for India for the calendar year 2022 by 30 basis point from 9.1 percent to 8.8 percent. Quad announced the Indo-pacific Economic Framework on 23 May, on the sidelines of Quad leaders Tokyo summit.
