According to an IRCTC official, the corporation plans to run a special tourist train for the first time in the country’s Northeast.  Under the project Dekho Apna Desh, the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) will establish a special tourist train to explore five Northeastern states.
