According to media sources, China intends to transport Mars samples to Earth in 2031, two years before NASA and the European Space Agency (ESA). The Madras High Court dismissed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking a restraining order to prevent the respondent authorities from constructing an overhead water tank in the Panchayat Union Elementary School at Erisanampatti in Tiruppur’s Udumalpet Taluk, endangering the lives of the students and reducing the extent of the playground. The Delhi High Court has declared that news agencies don’t fall within the jurisdiction of Article 226 of the Constitution.
