Fresh unrest was seen in Bangladesh when one more Hindu temple was vandalized on Sunday, creating an atmosphere of communal unrest. 12 new species of Cnemaspis found in India

Researchers from the Bombay Natural History society [BNHS] and Indian Institute of Science [IISC Bangalore] have described 12 new species of gecko [Cnemaspis] in the Western Ghats, 10 out of which are not found anywhere in the world. The geckos have been given some very inventive names, one of which was named after superstar and martial artist Jackie Chan because of its stealth. 430 overground workers detained in Jammu and Kashmir

The Jammu and Kashmir Police detained more than 430 overground workers [OGW’s] as they had an association with various terror outfits such as Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed. Genuineness of a will: Supreme Court judgment

The Supreme Court observed that the meagre debarring of a sibling from the Will could not be a reason to suspect the genuineness of the Will, stating that there had to be other suspicious circumstances for executing the action.
