Bill Gates releases a new book and predicts that Covid-19 will be the last pandemic
Bill Gates upcoming book lays out the specific steps we can take to not only prevent future pandemics but also provide better health care for everyone on the planet. People have come a long way from job losses, salary reductions, and the loss of loved ones to finally receiving the Covid-vaccine and booster doses.Â

Given the suffering during COVID-19, Bill Gates recently published a book outlining the specific steps we can take to not only prevent future pandemics but also provide better health care for everyone around the world. ‘I believe COVID-19 could be the last pandemic,’ he adds.Â
The book, titled How to Prevent the Next Pandemic, will be published on May 3, 2022 by Knopf in the United States and Penguin Random House in the United Kingdom.Â
The fourth-richest man in the world, with a net worth of $132 billion, stated in his LinkedIn blog ‘Gates Notes’ that the novel virus has made it critical for the world to prioritize the elimination of pandemics that can be a ‘threat to humanity.Â

The Microsoft founder announced his new book, titled ‘How to Prevent the Next Pandemic,’ in his biweekly newsletter, which has approximately 1.05 lakh subscribers.Â
Since the Covid outbreak, the businessman – who has had a terrible 2021 owing to his divorce from philanthropist Melinda French Gates – has committed billions of dollars through his Gates Foundation in different phases to help fight the deadly illness.Â
He adds that in his book, how to Prevent the Next Pandemic, he lays out the precise procedures that may be taken to not only prevent future pandemics but also to improve global health care.Â
I discuss the lessons we can take away from this pandemic, as well as the innovations and new technologies we’ll need to end diseases early and fairly.Â
