Appointment of central observers in four out of the five states where BJP bagged assembly seats.
Bharatiya Janata Party appointed central observers on Monday, 14th March 2022. They were appointed in the states of Uttar Pradesh, Manipur, Uttrakhand and Goa. This strategy was executed after their win in four out of five state legislative assembly elections. The plan was set in motion for their next step of appointing leaders for the legislature parties.

The party bagged the states of Uttar Pradesh, Uttrakhand, Goa and Manipur. It is now comfortably set in motion to form the respective state governments. Their next step involved the appointment of legislature leaders. BJP Parliamentary Board appointed central observers and co-observers ensuring the smooth flow of events.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah and National Vice President Raghubar Das were appointed in Uttar Pradesh. The party bagged 255 seats out of the total 403 seats in the state assembly elections. The party made history after returning to the government for the second time.
A meeting took place on Monday with Yogi Adityanath, JP Nadda and central observers. It involved discussions on the plan of action for Government formation. In Uttrakhand, Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Minister of State for external affairs of India, Meenakshi Lekhi were appointed.
The party won 47 out of 70 seats. Pushkar Singh Dhami was observed as a contender, according to sources.
“He worked hard since July when he took over as the CM and led the party to this victory. You cannot ignore his role and hard work,” said a BJP general secretary.
The 60-member assembly state witnessed the appointment of Nirmala Sitharam and Kiren Rijiju. Manipur was arranged under the Union finance and law minister with 32 out of 60 seats won by BJP.
Furthermore, it bagged 20 seats in Goa. The Board appointed Union Minister of Agriculture Narendra Singh Tomar and Minister of State in the Ministry of fisheries, animal husbandry and dairying, L. Murugan.
