Unless a candidate has a perfect score in academics and a higher level of degree, recruiters look for those key employability skills that are essential to being an efficient employee.

Leadership skills are one of those soft skills that many employers look for in candidates and help you to motivate others and ensures that the tasks are completed promptly. Another important set of skills is a teamwork skill. Regardless of your job title or industry many employers consider teamwork spirit a must when reviewing applicants for an open position.
In addition to those organization skills, the skills that are especially important are planning, critical thinking, attention to details, and conflict management, but these can’t be utilized to their full extent if the person lacks self-management skills like prioritizing tasks, time management, and self-motivation.
Along with all the above said skills, an employee must have some technical skills too as to map up with this dynamic environment and to work effectively and efficiently.
