FACEBOOK’S Program:Â
Facebook launched its most extensive creator education and training program in India on Thursday to enable content creators to learn, earn and grow their communities on its platform and Instagram.
India is one of the fastest-growing markets for short video and photo-sharing platforms. The program includes an e-learning course designed to encourage further, educate and train creators on the forum.
Facebook describes it as its most extensive creator education program in India and says it is the next phase of its Born on the Instagram program, launched in 2019.
The platforms focus on the content creators who generate the most users, viewers, and trades on different platforms.
The event also attended creators who, in collaboration with Facebook, brought their augmented reality effects to market, as well as those who monetized well and were able to share their insights with everyone.
Creator Day India saw keynotes from Adam Mosseri, director of Instagram. He spoke about Reels’ success in India, the importance of India and the work in progress to help YouTubers make a living on the platform.Â
Creators and their content:Â
Creators across India can learn this through a self-paced e-learning course and take a class. Graduation letter says.
The program includes live masterclasses with experts, the latest trends, product updates, and ways to keep up to date with Instagram’s happening.
It offers YouTubers opportunities to monetize through rewards and brand partnerships. Creators can sign up for the program at www.bornoninstagram.com, which is accessible to everyone.Â
The social media major’s Creator’s Day event featured creators who had partnered with Facebook to introduce their augmented reality (AR) effects and others who had monetized their work and shared their insights.
In the 2021 edition of Creator Day India, Instagram director Adam Mosseri said that India is one of the fastest-growing markets for short video and photo-sharing platforms.
“India is one of the fastest-growing countries in the world; it is becoming one of the most important places for us to focus on Instagram, Indian creators now on Instagram,” he added.
“We want to invest in and support this ecosystem and be the best place for YouTubers to grow and make a living.
We plan to develop several creative tools that democratize expressions. The reel is a great example of how creativity has been developed. “Democratized,” he said.
He explained that people in smaller towns use Reels’ Instagram short videos and discover nationally and increasingly globally.
Today, on average, more than 6 million rolls are produced in India every day. Mohan said the social media platform introduces monetization tools that “can help creators earn from content”.
“Creators across India are shaping pop culture, and we pride ourselves that our platforms play an important role in unleashing their creativity and helping them make a living. The pillars of a creative economy take hold.
Be ready for YouTubers to learn, earn and grow their communities on our platforms,” said the Vice President and CEO of Facebook India, Ajit Mohan.
