The season of the festival becomes of utmost importance to one and all. This time it is bringing some more good news for employees and opportunities to work.
With the beginning of the festive season the next month, we can see a sudden rise in employment numbers. With that being said, a 25 to 30% increase could be witnessed in the hiring process.
The Pandemic ruined chances and disrupted the flow of the economy resulting of which was unemployment, inflation, and increasing poverty index.

Clothing, accessories, purchasing tech-savvy goods – gadgets – that we all wait for that Diwali sale to come up, books, lifestyle products, and home essentials, are to mention a few categories that we can see vividly on the e-Commerce sites.

However, it has been mentioned that there will again rise in the hospitality industry due to the increase in demand, thereby increase in hiring opportunities.
Whereas, the delivery business will also continue to flourish and expand in this growing market as the demand for ordering food at doorsteps also continues to grow more.
Approximately, the pandemic resulted in the loss of 2.3 million jobs. The president of the National Restaurant Association of India says that the trends of reverse migration and shutdowns have now been overruled.
