Sharad Pawar appealed for unity among Republican leaders and activists, noting that gaining power exclusively on one’s own strength has become challenging at the federal level and in Maharashtra.
Sharad Pawar urged Republican leaders and activists to work together, noting that gaining power solely on one’s own merits has become impossible at both the federal and state levels.
“Pawar, on the other hand, is a leader who includes Dalits and nomads in his plans. In politics, he is noted for his secular credentials. Raj Thackeray is completely incorrect in his assertion that Sharad Pawar is a ‘jatiyavadi’ (casteist).
Raj Thackeray appears to be losing his (mental) equilibrium “In a press conference in Latur, Mr Athawale stated.
He also called for cooperation among Republican leaders and activists, noting that gaining power exclusively on one’s own strength has become difficult at the federal level and in Maharashtra.
The Dalit leader, who leads the Republican Party of India’s (RPI) Athawale group, said he was willing to compromise for such unity. “Different groups are forming, but this will not aid in the acquisition of power. Prakash Ambedkar (of the Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi) made valiant efforts but fell short of achieving the power necessary for Dalit development “he stated
Mr. Athawale further stated that he is a member of the Dalit Panther, which has been active for 50 years, and urged Republican leaders to work together.
The 95th All India Marathi Sahitya Sammelan will be held in Udgir, in the Latur district, between April 22 and 24.
When questioned if he had received an invitation to the literary meet as a poet, Athawale responded that he is a poet in Parliament.
