The final score of the 2024 NBA All-Star-Ruffles Celebrity Game was 81-78 in favour of Dwayne Wade’s team, a former NBA superstar. After WWE Superstar The Miz, who played for Utah Jazz Governor Ryan Smith’s team, made a half-court shot, the game was on the verge of going into overtime. Yet after the shot clock expired, The Miz let go of the ball, but it clearly didn’t count.
One of the best wide receivers in the NFL, DK Metcalf, makes superb use of his incredible jumps. Team Wade won because of their defence in the fourth quarter, riding the wave of his outstanding play.
DK Metcalf, an American football player, gave a bizarre performance on Friday during the 2024 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game. With 20 points, 10 rebounds, and four blocks in the game, Metcalf received the MVP award and contributed to Team Dwyane Wade’s 81-78 victory over Team Ryan. When WWE superstar The Miz made a half-court shot but did not beat the buzzer, Team Ryan nearly forced overtime in a drama-filled game for the crowd.
Together with his siblings Alex and Thanasis, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Olympic athlete Lindsay Vonn all provided coaching for Team Wade. Nicky Jam (singer), Jesser (youtube personality), Simu Liu (actor), Hasan Minhaj (comedian), Janelle Monáe (singer), Arike Ogunbowale (WNBA star), 21 Savage (rapper), Frances Tiafoe (tennis player), and Alex Toussaint (Peloton instructor) were among Metcalf’s teammates in the game. It is interesting to note that Indian film star Ranveer Singh played for Team Wade but did not participate in the game.
Kane Brown (singer), Cordae (rapper), Diamond Deshields (WNBA star), Calvin Johnson (NFL Hall of Famer), Marcos Mion (actor), The Miz (wrestler), Everett Osborne (actor), Ozuna (singer), Albert Pujols (former MLB star), Guillermo Rodriguez (talk-show host), and Sinqua Walls (Actor), on the other hand, made up Team Ryan.
DK Metcalf’s outstanding performance is evidence of his talent and adaptability as an athlete. His popularity as one of the nation’s favourite athletes has increased as a result of his achievements in basketball and football.

The Rising Stars tournament marked the start of the 2024 NBA All-Star weekend. The Rising Stars championship was decided by the victors of the first two games amongst the four teams. In the first game, Team Pau defeated Team Deron 40-25, while in the second, Team Joakim defeated Team Jason 40-32. Jose Alvarado, a second-year guard for the New Orleans Pelicans, hit the game-winning 3-pointer in the final to help Team Pau defeat Team Joakim, 25-20, and win the Rising Stars MVP award.
On February 19 at 7.30 PM ET, Team LeBron and Team Giannis will square off in the NBA All-Star game.
