The Indian cabinet has approved that the 5G spectrum auction will take place at the end of July. A 72 Gigahertz of spectrum will be auctioned that will be valid for a period of twenty years.

The Union Cabinet led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has approved the Department of Telecommunications 5G spectrum auction. It is through which spectrum will be auctioned to bidders and thereby they will provide the public with 5G services.
India is going to get 5G very soon.
The cabinet claimed that the 5G services will be soon initiated in India. It will have 10 times higher capacity than the 4G services which are prevalent now. A total of 72 MHz of spectrum with twenty years of validity will be auctioned by the end of July.
Minister of Telecom and IT, Ashwini Vaishnav said, “spectrum auction announced today is an integral part of developing BharatKa5G ecosystem.”
The auction will be held for variou spectrum frequencies like high, mid and low. The administrators said that the country’s three major telecom operators Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Idea are expected to join the auction.
The 5G services will help people a lot and it will also enhance the digital revolution in India. Post the Pandemic, as everything has become online it is very essential to keep a pace with the digital as well to ease our daily life.
Government has approved a mega 5G auction.
The auction is fixed to take place on 26th of July 2022. The pre bid conference will be held on 20th of July and the deadline for submission of applications will be accepted till the 8th of July.
Pre qualification of bidders will be judged on 18th of July. Mock auctions will be taking place on July 22nd and July 23rd. For this auction of 5 G the payment terms have been made easier.
