Indian Embassy shuts in Ukraine: At least ten persons have been killed in a massive strike by Russian forces on the local government buildings in Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second-largest city. Another apparent Russian airstrike on Kyiv‘s central television tower in the city’s center killed five people and halted state television.Â
According to satellite pictures, residents in Kyiv are bracing for a Russian military column dozens of miles. Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a phone call to US Vice President Joe Biden that it is critical to put an end to “aggressor” Russia “as soon as feasible.”Â
 In a video message to the European Parliament, Zelensky also challenged the EU to “prove” its commitment to Ukraine by adopting it as a member. “Without you, Ukraine is going to be alone,” he says.Â
