In an unfortunate finish, Jay White was able to defend his IWGP World Heavyweight Championship by defeating Adam Cole, Hangman Page, and Kazuchika Okada.
The bout started with the four grapplers staring each other down and challenging the audience to go crazy. White and Cole both tumbled out of the ring.
Okada and Page exchanged handshakes before Cole dragged Page out of the ring, while White attacked Okada from behind. Okada and Page both threw elbows at White.
Okada and Page assaulted White and Cole while they discussed tactics. Page delivered a Tope Suicida on Cole before the four brawled their way out of the ring.
White delivered a face Buster on Okada into the apron. On the stage, White and Cole strike Page with a delayed vertical suplex.
Cole delivered a neck breaker to Okada. Okada took three knife-edge chops from White. Page slammed White against the stairwell. Okada tried to hit a tombstone on Cole, but White and Cole stopped him.
Page landed a spring rope lariat on White before dropping Cole with a Fall Away Slam. Page landed a crossbody off the top rope on White before hitting a top rope lariat on Cole for a near fall.
Page slashed Cole’s chest four times. Page attempted a top rope Moonsault, but Cole stopped him in mid-air with a super kick.
Okada returned to the ring and peppered Cole and White with strikes before landing a back elbow on Cole, a face Buster on White, and a leaping dropkick on Cole.
Okada shoved White against the barrier before slamming a bog boot into him. Cole was thrown over the barrier by Okada.
Okada landed with the audience after hitting a cross body on Cole and White over the barrier. Okada applied the Money Clip on Cole, but White released the hold before hitting him with the Saito Suplex.
Page attempted a lariat, but White countered with a Flatliner. Page received a jack-knife cover, but Cole broke the tie. Cole and White hugged before Cole delivered a backstabber on White, followed by a knee-Brain buster on White.
fora in the near future White delivered a Uranage to Cole. White attempted a sleeper-suplex, but Cole countered with back elbows to the head. On Cole, Okada, and Page, White delivered sleeper-suplexes. Cole applied the Boom to White, but Okada countered with a Shotgun dropkick. Okada was struck with a lariat by Page. Before Cole and White could assess Okada and Page’s eyes, the four wrestlers traded blows.
Page almost fell Okada with a massive boot, an elbow strike on Cole, and a pop-up powerbomb on White. Page attempted the Buckshot Lariat on White, but instead performed a moonsault on Okada and Cole.
Gedo was hit in the mouth by Page. Before Okada stopped the pinfall attempt, Page and hit White with a deadeye and a Buckshot Lariat.
Okada and Page traded blows until Page landed a German Suplex and a discus lariat on Okada. Cole smashed Page into the ring post before launching a low kick at Okada. Okada dropped Page with a backbreaker, then hit Cole with a body slam and a top-rope elbow rope.
Okada attempted the Rainmaker but was met with a super kick from Cole. Cole landed a super kick on Page and another on Okada for a near fall. Okada attempted a rainmaker, but Cole countered with an enzugiri kick and a super kick. Okada landed a dropkick on Cole, which was followed by a Michinoku Driver. Okada attempted a Rainmaker on Cole, but White countered with a Blade Runner. White pinned Cole to win via pinfall.
