Parties like the Samajwadi Party are against BJP ‘s misconduct in overusing the sources from the government agencies for the sake of votes.
The polling for the fourth phase over the state of Uttar Pradesh got over in the evening of Wednesday. While the party such as BSP counted on districts like Lakhimpur Kheri, Hadhoi, BJP was looking into the bigger picture and saw the rapid growth of the votes in the section of Lucknow. On Wednesday, the state of Uttar Pradesh saw a whopping jump on the elective constituency while the other parties kept the silence over their mouth for keeping the pace of their votes stagnant for the seven districts that went for polling in the fourth phase. While phase 4 on Wednesday was continued, there were many remarks over Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav. The attack of the statement was made by Nadda while giving a speech in a public meeting in Uttar Pradesh.
Statement of Attack by Nadda
Nadda, on Wednesday in a public meeting, opened a direct attack on the Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav, constating that Akhilesh betrayed the people by withdrawing cases against those who were booked on the terror charges. JP Nadda also alleged to Akhilesh that he is the protector of those trying to cover up for the people who want the destruction of Uttar Pradesh and the nation.
He further added, “Akhilesh Ji, these days is seeking votes and talking about development. Till now, he had only developed his family, but now he has realized that Uttar Pradesh should be developed.” He said that Akhilesh Yadav is talking about Vikas, but he is not bringing “Vikas” in the field of Uttar Pradesh; instead, he is creating “Vinash” in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The riots that took place during the tenure of Akhilesh Yadav were not forgiven; they impacted the state’s people. The statement got more intense when he stated, “Can you let such a person who releases terrorists be the chief minister?” this direct comparison between the SP president and terrorism fueled the political heat in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

The turnout went to the same percentage till the end of the polling. The polling for the fourth phase ended at 5 P.M. 23 February 2022. Misconducting by BJP while using the agencies to defame Samajwadi Party
Akhilesh Yadav on Wednesday commented that Bharatiya Janata Party is trying to use ill-treated ways to defame various other political parties that are briefly coming the way of them; the result is in favor of the BJP party and the representatives. He said that the Bharatiya Janata Party uses central agencies such as the Enforcement Directorate and Narcotics Control Bureau to defame the Samajwadi Party. This statement came on the sidelines when the Samajwadi Party president was campaigning for the fifth phase of the assembly elections.
The Samajwadi Party chief also added that “if BJP fears someone, it brings the various national agencies (ED) to defame them (Nawab Malik) and sends to prison after the false trials, we have seen this multiple times. BJP once even said it is in danger after the pouch was found in the assembly, which was sawdust.” The report was recorded according to the news agency, ANI.
