Rajasthan Royals on Tuesday announced the replacement for two famous players Ben Stokes and Jos Buttler for, the remainder of IPL 2021.

West Indies players Oshane Thomas and Evin Lewis will be playing for RR (Rajasthan Royals) as a replacement to one of the best players of Rajasthan Royals, Ben Stokes and Jos Buttler.
Oshane Thomas, the west indies player, is known for his Pace and ability to pressure the batsman with his fast bowling.
After Ben Stoke’s left finger injury, he got ruled out of IPL 2021 Oshane Thomas will play in his place. Thomas has played four IPL matches so far for RR.
Rajasthan Royals wrote on Twitter, “That’s #DeadlineDay done! OT joins the Royals in the UAE as a replacement for Ben stokes.” and also welcomed him by writing,” OT in the chat. Welcome back to the #RoyalsFamily, Oshane.”
Evin Lewis is a Trinidadian cricketer who plays for the west indies in international cricket.
He is a left-handed opening batsman, mostly known as the fast-scoring left-handed batsman. Lewis is the third batsman to score two T-20 International centuries.
He played for Mumbai Indians and did a great job. He will be replacing Jos Buttler after Buttler got a calf injury during a T-20 match against Shri Lanka.
Rajasthan Royals Twitter handle also welcomed Evin Lewis by writing, “OFFICIAL: Evin Lewis is a Royal.#RoyalsFamily”
It will be Evin’s first time with the RR. Cricket lovers are excited to watch him play for the Royals for the first time. For Oshane, It’s his second time with the Royals.
The Royals did great in the past games ranking in the fifth number on the charts. And will resume their IPL 2021 campaign against Punjab Kings on September 21.

Both Buttler and Stokes played the first leg of IPL, which was stopped due to rising corona cases now; we won’t be able to watch them play, but the replacements are top cricketers, so it won’t be boring for them sure.

Thomas can hit speeds upward of 140kph, and most recently, at the CPL, he bowled Gayle with a 142kph dart.
With the absence of Buttler and Stokes, the Royals will now be without three of their best cricketers.
The IPL 2021started in May but got cancelled due to the rising numbers of corona patients; the remainders of IPL will occur in the UAE starting from September 19.
The craze of IPL was the same as it used to be, but the pandemic did bring sadness on the faces of cricket lovers as it was unexpected to see IPL getting cancelled in the middle. It has never happened in the past.
