The prime ministers of the Czech Republic, Poland, and Slovenia have proceeded to Kyiv by train and met with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in a show of support for Ukraine. Over 3 million refugees have now fled Ukraine.
The prime ministers of the Czech Republic, Poland, and Slovenia proceeded to the War center of the Russian-Ukraine war capital of Ukraine Kyiv. On Tuesday, the Prime ministers met with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in a show of support for Ukraine even as the city is struck by the Russian military verge closer to the center of the city.
The Morawiecki, Kaczynski, and Janez Jansa all three leaders went to the fore in spite of worrying entered Kyiv without the security risks of traveling within a war zone with the hours-long train trip.
The long journey over from land Poland to Kyiv by Prime Ministers Petr Fiala of the Czech Republic and Janez Jansa of Slovenia and Morawiecki, Poland’s deputy Prime Minister Jaroslaw Kaczynski sent the message that most of Ukraine remain in Ukrainian hands.
Later Zelenskyy posted a video on Facebook of him sitting around a table with the leaders briefing them on the war’s developments. “And most importantly, we trust the leaders of these countries and, therefore, when we speak of security guarantees, of our future in the European Union, or speak of sanctions policy, we know 100% that everything we are discussing will lead to that positive goal for our country, for our security and our future,” Zelenskyy said.
After the meeting ended, he said he was sure “with such friends” Ukraine would be able to defeat Russia. All these three countries were once part of the communist bloc and now belong to both the EU and NATO. Fiala said the main purpose of the visit was to tell Ukraine it is not alone.

According to U.S. officials “Russian forces are continuing their attempted push through Ukraine from multiple directions, while Ukrainians, led by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, are putting up “stiff resistance”.
