In a shocking and tragic incident on Thursday night, a 23-year-old man identified as Ashish allegedly shot dead a 42-year-old woman, Renu Goyal, outside her residence in Vaishali, Dabri Extension, southwest Delhi. Minutes later, Ashish turned the weapon on himself and took his own life on the terrace of a nearby three-storeyed building where he lived with his family.
