Celebrate this festive season without ignoring these anxiety-related symptoms
Reasons for Festive anxiety
“Most of the people work in other countries and they always stay alone. They are unable to join their families during festivals. When they see the happy faces of their loved ones on social media, they get mentally disturbed and feel stressed. Sometimes in alternate cases, if people meet many of their relatives during special occasions, they express anxiety and they need to know how to handle anxiety.” says, Indian psychologist, Shyamolie Desai.
It’s time now to celebrate as Diwali is nearing. Most people ignore these anxiety-related symptoms as stress also increases them. People take part in a lot of activities during festivals, especially decorating homes, making sweets, etc. There are also several other reasons for stress such as more work commitments from the family, shopping, getting together, etc.
