The United Nations have warned by stating that there are thousands of civilians Thousands of Civilians are trapped in key Ukraine city Severodonetskm, a Ukraine city where they are losing out on essential supplies. Many of them are taking shelter in the bunkers Below the city’s Azot chemical plant.Â
Earlier this week the last Bridge that was going out of the city was destroyed in fighting that effectively trapped 12,000 residents inside.Â
A spokesperson for the UN’s humanitarian affairs office Saviano Abreu reported that the lack of water and sanitation is great anxiety And is a big concern because people cannot sustain without water for long. Abreu further added that the supplies of food and provisions were all running in shortage in Severodonetsk. The final bridge connecting Severodonetsk to its twin city of Lysychansk across the Siverskyi Donets River to the west was demolished by Russian forces, dealing another blow to Ukraine’s chances. There is currently no way out of Severodonetsk for the 100,000 Ukrainians trapped there.
 United Nations is hoping to provide all assistance and support to thousands of Civilians trapped in the key city of Ukraine. The warning given by UN made Russia promise to open a humanitarian corridor to safely shift the trapped civilians below the Azot plant. But till now there has been no confirmation regarding the shifting of the planned safe route.
