Congress claims that Mohammed Riyaz Attari the killer of Kanhaiya Lal is linked to BJP.
Congress is putting allegations against BJP after BJP said that this all is happening because of Congress’s “policy” towards one community. National spokesperson and former Union minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore claimed that this is not the first time that a terror attack happened in Rajasthan from the past six months so many cases occurred but Congress is using police just for gathering political intelligence.
BJP denies the allegations by Congress
The members of the Bharatiya Janata Party in Rajasthan denied all allegations by Congress. The statement is false because the killer of Kanhaiya Lal doesn’t have links to the party.
Furthermore, the state president of BJP’s minority cell, Sadiq Khan said “Anyone can have a photo with any leader. It does not mean that he is a member of the BJP,”.
New findings in the Investigation of Kanhaiya Lal’s murder case
The ongoing investigation of the Kanhaiya Lal murder case revealed that Riyaz Attari was trying to get close to BJP leaders and to workers who work at Muslim Rashtriya Manch, and BJP Minority Morcha members Irshad Chainwala, and Tahir Raza Khan. He was trying to get in their circle or near them so they can target them easily. He was also trying to get the data of BJP party establishments and functionaries.
On Saturday, Congress media department head Pawan Khera claimed that Riyaz Atri was a member of the BJP.
In Udaipur killing case, the killers Ghous Mohammed and Riyaz Attri, who hacked Kanhaiya Lal to death not just beheaded him but also filmed it and proudly confessed it to everyone through the video. They also threatened PM Narendra Modi through the same video. They got arrested in Rajsamand district, where they were on their way to shoot another video of successfully killing tailor Kanhaiya Lal.
During the interrogation with the accused, they were self-radicalised and they confirmed that they follow the leader Illyas Attar Qadri of Karachi-based Dawat-e-Islami, as a follower they call themselves Attari. All the electronic devices recovered from the killers are sent for forensic analysis and NIA is waiting for forensic reports.
Accused travel history unveiled in interrogation
According to counter-terrorism experts, both the accused have travelled to other countries. Ghous Mohammed travelled to Saudi Arabia for Umrah in 2013 and then in 2019. Apart from this, he has also travelled to Karachi in 2013-2014 for getting religious training at Dawat-e-Islami headquarters based in Karachi, Pakistan. However, till now no evidence revealed that he received any weapon training or brought something suspicious there apart from religious training.
While Ghous Mohammed was getting religious from Karachi, Riyaz Attari was trying to infiltrate Rajasthan’s Bharatiya Janata Party minority cell. Trying to make connections and taking out all the information about the party’s establishments and functionaries. He had attempted to get close to BJP Minority Morcha member Irshad Chainwala and Tahir Raza Khan, a BJP worker, with a view to targeting them.
Kanhaiya Lal’s family’s request from the government
BJP questions why Congress is treating this case as a normal murder case? This is a terror attack. And India wants the investigation based on the seriousness of the case.
Kanhaiya Lal’s family, relatives, friends and billion people on the internet who are supporting him are asking for the death sentence for his killers. The wife of tailor Kanhaiya Lal was crying out loud in front of the media for Justice. Asking the government, police officials and everyone out there listening to her for help and requested them to give the killers the death sentence. So that no one can ever think to do this kind of thing ever again.
