On Tuesday, Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav released the party’s manifesto for the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections. In the manifesto, S.P. has made many big promises for farmers, from women to youth
Akhilesh Yadav has promised to make farmers debt-free within four years.Â
Releasing the manifesto in Lucknow, Akhilesh announced that MSP would be provided for all crops if the S.P. government is formed. Cane farmers will be paid arrears within 15 days. All farmers will be made debt-free within four years.
Free electricity interest-free loans will be given to all farmers for irrigation. Financial assistance of at least Rs 25 lakh will be given to the martyr’s families of the farmers’ agitation, which lasted for 1 year. A memorial will be built in their respective place with the name of martyr farmers.Â

 Making another significant promise, Akhilesh Yadav announced that 300 units of electricity would be given access to the public in the state. Urban Employment Guarantee Act will be done on the lines of MNREGA.
Women will be provided 33% reservation in government jobs. Girls’ education will be made free from K.G. to P.G. Will distribute laptops to all 12th pass students. In a computer, distribution girls will get fifty percent preference.
A choice of appointment will be given to women teachers. Fifteen thousand will be given to BPL women during delivery.Â
 During this, Akhilesh Yadav said that by 2027, UP would be made a 100 percent literate state. Three hundred units of electricity will be given free to the public. For the below poverty line people, a particular scheme will be bought.
Every year two gas cylinders will be unrestrained for BPL families. Eighteen thousand rupees will be given every year to the elderly as a pension. The old pension scheme will be reinstated. Two-wheeler drivers will be given one liter of petrol free of cost in a month.Â

- Nishad will form a corporation for Kewat. Developing a corporation for Vishwakarma society will be linked to employment.

- The budget for agriculture and rural development will increase. The network of farmers’ markets will increase. Will make a market at 10 km. Food clusters will be established.
- A particular scheme will be brought for the people below the poverty line.
- Idols of great men will be installed on the riverfront.
- Park to be built in Agra in memory of Lata Mangeshkar
- Trust will be formed for small temples of Ayodhya. Small temples and ashrams will be decorated.
- Food processing plants will be set up for potato farmers. This will benefit the farmers of the potato belt.
- Akhilesh Yadav said that the police commissioner system would be reviewed.
