COVID has been around the corner for the past more than 2 years. Still, the pandemic hasn’t ended in many parts of the world. There are many ways in which COVID can be prevented from coming inside our bodies provided we have a proper diet (and follow the diet regularly without any sort of laziness).
What is the current variant of COVID?
COVID has proved to be a threat to mankind, not once but multiple times. The novel coronavirus tends to mutate which is implausible. As the novel coronavirus is a pandemic on its own, it has the ability to kill the immune system; it can also kill people. Thus, vaccine doses as well as booster doses can be taken by the individual to prevent COVID. Apart from this, the person needs to avoid junk food as much as possible.
Omicron is the only novel coronavirus strain that remained completely in the air for a year. As Omicron was efficient, it could spread and mutate very easily
The number of XBB variants increasing in India
As per the reports from the Health ministry of Maharashtra, of all the XBB cases, 32 cases were discharged and recovered completely. While 4 cases are kept in isolation for further treatment, and 4 people are hospitalized for treatment
XBB variant is the newest variant of the novel coronavirus. It is a variant recombinant of B.A.2.10.1 and BA 2.75 sublineages. According to the World health Organization (WHO), “ As of epidemiological week 40 (between October 3 and 9, 2022), from the sequences submitted to GISAID, XBB has a global relevance of 13%. It has been detected in 35 countries”, this has been confirmed officially by the WHO.
