Pulwama attack:The day was Thursday, 14 February 2019, i.e., Valentine’s Day, and the time was around 3.30 in the afternoon. A CRPF convoy carrying about 2500 soldiers passed in 78 buses on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway.
Like a typical day, the convoy of CRPF vehicles was also going to its tune on that day. However, given the terrorist activities in the Valley, all the security personnel operating in convoy were alert. There was normal movement on the road that day as well.
The CRPF convoy had reached Pulwama when a car coming from the opposite side of the road rammed into the vehicle moving with the CRPF convoy. As soon as the SUV coming from the front collided with the convoy and the CRPF personnel could understand something, this explosive-laden car made such an explosion, which shook the whole country. The day of 14 February proved to be black in the history of India.
The terrorist’s car coming from the other side of the road collided with a convoy of CRPF jawans. It caused such an explosion, in which not only were the soldiers martyred but the bus was blown up. Whether the bus was blown up, it was an attack or something.
After this, the Indian soldiers immediately took the position and started counter-firing. Seeing the firing of CRPF jawans, the terrorists fled from there.
The explosion was so intense that everything turned into smoke for some time. As soon as the smoke was removed, the scene there was so frightening that the whole country cried after seeing it.
The bodies of soldiers were scattered here and there on the Jammu Srinagar National Highway in Pulwama that day. Blood and pieces of flesh were visible all around. The soldiers started looking for their comrades.
Immediately, there was an outcry in the whole country because 40 brave soldiers had been martyred by then. Many soldiers were suffering in injured conditions. The Army launched a rescue operation, and he was immediately taken to the hospital. Both the rescue operation and the search operation were going on simultaneously.
The suicide bomber who carried out this attack was terrorist Adil Ahmed Dar. Terrorist Adil Ahmed Dar was driving the car, which had explosives. It blew itself up in this attack. Soon after the incident, there was a wave of mourning. Pakistan-based terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed claimed responsibility for this terror attack.
This incident shook the country in such a way that the talk of its revenge came on everyone’s tongue. Everyone was talking about retaliation from the terrorists. There was pressure on the government from the media and social media.
Every citizen, civil society, and opposition asked the government to take revenge on terrorists and their master Pakistan. Then finally, it happened. The Indian Army attacked the terrorists precisely 12 days after the Pulwama attack.
On 26 February, exactly 12 days after the Pulwama attack, the Indian Air Force carried out an airstrike on the terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed’s bases in Balakot, Pakistan. In this airstrike, the Indian Air Force made so much bombing that its terrorist bases were destroyed entirely, and about 300 terrorists were killed.
In this way, the Indian Air Force took revenge for the Pulwama attack by destroying the terrorist camps in Balakot Airstrike. After these two incidents, the tension between India and Pakistan increased significantly. Let us tell you that India also gradually killed all the terrorists involved in the Pulwama attack.
