The filmmaker Rhea Kapoor announced her Dream cast with Magzine Cover shoot on Tuesday, Tabu, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Kriti Sanon will star together in Rhea’s upcoming Film “The Crew.”
Tabu, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Kriti Sanon all posed together for a “Vogue India” magazine cover photoshoot recently. The motion cover unveiled a short monochrome teaser video on Tuesday, in which all three actresses dressed in black.
The accompanying words “Dream Cast” led many fans to believe that this was the announcement of their new project.

Earlier on Tuesday, Rhea Kapoor posted a story on her Instagram and wrote, “It’s been three years; we’ve missed you.” But I think all this time was worth it. I can’t wait to tell stories again. “Something is coming.”

Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon are all three of the most versatile and exceptionally talented actresses. For the very first time, all three actresses share their screen together in the film “The Crew,” produced by Rhea Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor.
The last film co-produced by Ekta Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor was the 2018 hit “Veere Di Wedding,” helmed by Shashank Ghosh (which also featured Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar, and Shikha Talsania).
The motion cover shared by Vogue India, in which all three actresses are seen adjusting their dresses and posing together for a camera. The caption is “Gang’s all here; stay tuned!” After some minutes, Rhea shared the same poster and announced that indeed there was a cast for her new upcoming project, titled “The Crew”. Rajesh Krishnan directs this film.
This film, “The Crew,” is reportedly a comedy set against the struggling backdrop of the airline industry.
Back then, in July, Kareena Kapoor Khan confirmed that she was doing a film with Rhea Kapoor but hadn’t disclosed the details. She said, “I’m doing a film with Rhea Kapoor. It is not Veere 2. It is a story about three women. It is going to be slightly different. It is a super cool and fun story.” Also, Kareen hadn’t disclosed the cast.
According to Rhea’s statement that the shooting of the film will start next year, it can be assumed that it will be released either in late 2024 or early 2024. No other details have been announced yet.
The Work front of Kareena, Tabu, and Kriti
Kareena was last seen in Lal Singh Chaddha along with Aamir Khan directed by Advait Chandan. As per reports, Kareena also collaborated with Ekta Kapoor on another film, which is directed by Hansal Mehta.
Tabu was featured in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 earlier this year, which was a hit at the box office. Her upcoming movies are Drishyam 2, Kuttey, and Khufiya.
Kriti Sanon is busy promoting her upcoming film Bhediya along with Varun Dhawan. She has a bunch of films Sehzada, Adipurush, and Ganapath.
