The Gen Z star Billie Eilish states don’t feel comfortable in the world. She opens up about her fashion struggle while dealing with her body image issues.
What meets the eye
She is a terrific Bad Guy singer who enthralled the entire world.
Although Billie Eilish is a phenomenon among Generation Z, she is an Oscar winner for the business. Eilish’s fame increased in part because of her singing as well as her personality.
The singer persisted because she was confident in who she was, despite the fact that radio stations warned her that she would fail because her songs were too depressing.
Paradoxically, as Eilish entered the sparkling and opulent life of a pop star, her firm sense of who she was started to wane. Even though Eilish had amassed millions of followers, as she became more well-known, she remained unsure of who she was.
Her style is certainly changing, as you can tell when you look at it more closely.
Eilish only wore baggy clothing in the beginning of her career.
If there was a brand of baggy apparel, she wore it so much that others assumed she was the owner. She had a Billy Irish style, which Will Hunting believed to be a distinct subgenre because of how exceptional it was both in terms of clothing and hair color. From blue to vivid green and then to blonde, she changed.
Billie Eilish opening up about the Body Image Issues
Fans adored the Oscar-winning singer’s assurance and aloofness, which were actual ornaments on her clothing, but she was unsure of who she was at the same time.
“Wearing large clothes, I don’t attract anyone, I feel extremely unattractive, unsexy, and ugly,” Eilish said in an interview with The Times. “People blame you for not being feminine enough”, she added.
Honestly, I never feel like I’m wanted.
The fact that I felt so unneeded and possibly occasionally worked too hard to be liked disturbs me. Even thinking about that makes me sad,” Eilish remarked.
The singer receives praise frequently for opening up about her fears.
But more often than not, the cheers are drowned out by the fact that she has the same issues.
Role of Social Media
Social media has made it possible for everyone to be scrutinized and shamed at any time for their appearance, not just for famous people.
Eilish said to VF, “I believed that I would be the only one coping with my disdain for my body, but I guess the internet also hates my body,” which is of course how she feels about her lack of control and privacy.
“The internet hates women,” she continued.
Certainly, there are occasions when it feels like way.
We’re just happy Billie Eilish is in a good position and has people in her life to support her on the days when she can’t.
As Billie Eilish exclaims, “Smiling makes me feel weak and not in control and not powerful and small. Being an artist doesn’t just mean you have a song. That doesn’t make you an artist. The word ‘artist’ means so many different things, and I feel like to be a real one, you really have to do it all.”
