Fashion biopics and extravagant projections aren’t new concepts in the film industry. Artists have been most inspired to produce, develop, and compose their art by high-budget web series and biographical films based on prominent fashion designers and giant fashion houses.
When researching Italian fashion houses and their centuries-old historical heritage, one learns about decades of perseverance, dedication, and sacrifices.
When it comes to iconic Italian fashion businesses, Aldo Gucci’s family ranks at the top of the list of the saddest stories. It was past time for the terrible yet fascinating story of the Gucci family feud and controversial murder to be brought to the silver screen.
Last year, ‘The House of Gucci’ stole the show on the big screens. Each distinct figure, their distinct styling and apparel, as well as the expertly constructed settings, generated a new level of excitement. The House of Gucci is based on Sara Gay Forden’s extensively researched non-fiction book.
It’s a suspenseful tale that weaves murder, madness, glitter, and avarice into the vocabulary of high fashion. It brings us back to Maurizio Gucci’s execution method and the brand’s fate following his death. Maurizio Gucci was the last member of the Gucci family to lead the high-end fashion brand.
The tragic love story of Maurizio Gucci and Patrizia Reggiani drove his horrific mystery murder, giving the audience shivers. The masters of power pack performances portraying these characters in real life set a very high bar.

Adam Driver
Ridley Scott’s hotly-anticipated persona, dressed in sophisticated winterwear, riding a bike in the snowy highlands or cycling in suits around the streets of Milano while sipping espresso, brings traditional Italian fashion back to life.
Maurizio Gucci, the grandson of Guccio Gucci and son of Rodolfo Gucci, plays the starring role. He was also the last member of the Gucci family to lead the storied fashion house.
His slim-cut Italian tailormade suits harken back to the 1970s fashion era, teamed with antique huge square frame spectacles, complex printed pocket squares, and broader ties that complement formal Italian coats.
Adam has an eerie resemblance to Maurizio Gucci’s hairdo and face. The appropriate mix of blues, beige, grey, and tobacco browns perfectly captures the era while integrating classic Italian designs.
Lady Gaga
Lady Gaga is famous for her avant-garde style. She paired her fashionista status with her acting skills this time. And, yes! She gives us a good run for our money.
The qualities of Patrizia Reggiani endorsing the House of Gucci with all her distinctive dressing styles are absorbed in the characteristics of Patrizia Reggiani promoting the House of Gucci with all her trademark dressing styles.
The screen is packed with snowflakes, a turtleneck fur hat, and layers of necklaces, while Gaga wears her Gucci gear in a brunette ‘do. Her gowns and shoes are iconic of Gucci’s vintage collections from the 1970s to the 1990s.
Gaga has the regal demeanour of an Italian fashion brand heiress. She is incredible, with multi-hyphenate talent and a glamorous wardrobe with stunning Gucci designs.
Jared Leto
Compared to the actor’s current situation, seeing Jared play Paolo Gucci felt like a total 180-degree turn. In the film, this character is a strong representation of rejection, hardship, and failure. But here, we pause and restart his appearances to promote the movie in which he strokes the code and refers to it as Jesus.
During the promotional tour, Jared defied the norms by staying true to his lowly self-esteemed portrayal of Paolo in the film and reminded the audience of what transformation may entail.
He presented a stunning, arrogant red-carpet presence in the sequined cowl neck with golden boots and mustard velvet suit covered in off white fur coat. He was dressed in regal Gucci, designed by Alessandro Michele, the brand’s current throne holder. He is now the creative director of Gucci.
Today, when we watch Gucci’s vintage archives, we recreate the era. Models were wearing crossbody saddle from Gucci’s fall 1976 RTW collection, Aldo Gucci in his signature blue brocade Gucci evening coat at his beach house in 1979, or even pictures of the display of Gucci men’s wear collection from 1972 in New York, or even pictures of the production of Gucci men’s wear collection from 1972.
A fox-trimmed fur coat, a logo clutch purse, and horse-bit loafers are featured in the Fall 1973 collection. With a career introduction to another fashion superstar, Tom Ford, the film brings all those classic items and moments to life.
The fashion house released his first collection. There is a narrative in high respect regarding fashion with reality and its regal construction.
