The counsel for the investigation disclosed on Thursday morning that working healthcare medical professionals and an entire group of seven US authorities employees encounter heinous killing accusations in the death of a Black in custody at a mental health facility in Virginia.
In accordance with early postmortem findings, Otieno succumbed with respiration failure whilst having “absolutely restrained,” stated Dinwiddie County District Attorney Ann Cabell Baskervill in a press release.

Mark Krudys, a different lawyer defending Otieno’s loved ones, confirmed that every single one of the seven cops depicted in the footage have since been accused of the fatal assault.

“I believe that you can tell they’re considerably pouring their heart and soul into it. “Every single inch of his physical structure is being relentlessly brutally shoved downward,” he explained.
Otieno was arrested for the first time on the third of March. According to the law enforcement branch, cops met Otieno whilst investigating a potential theft report in a secluded town of Richmond, centered on his behavior, they placed him pursuant to immediate detention and transported him to an adjacent health care facility for examination.
