A keepsake of 60 stamps were gifted, that the actress showcased on her Friday post. On further revelation, to test the actual utility of the stamps, Aman, ‘slapped a ‘Zeenat Aman’ stamp onto each’ (postcard written to friends). To much delight, post coming back home the actress’ friends retorted on having received them. To conclude, she remarked of how honorable and noble of gesture it was, that remains treasured forever in her precious reserve.
On her love for postcards, keepsakes and eclectics that reek of memory, Zeenat Aman had once also shared of the time,when a card adorned with dried flowers sat packed away in her bedroom drawer, that had come into her possession after the loss of her mother. The neatly preserved present was made with wild flowers from Panchgani, that young Zeenat had once come across, a perfect present for her mother, who she was very dear to.
On collections and treasures, the actress’ wardrobe has garnered attires of the films, and fame; luxury brands and custom pieces. But it was always about pushing the envelope far and beyond for the famed Zeenat Aman.
