Ahn Hyo Seop, Jeon Yeo Been, and Kang Hoon are set to star in Korean remake of ‘Someday or One Day’
On March 31, it was confirmed that actors Ahn Hyo Seop, Jeon Yeo Been, and Kang Hoon will be seen in lead roles in the upcoming Korean remake of Taiwanese drama ‘Someday or One day’s.
The Netflix remake of ‘Someday or One day’s’ show is now titled as ‘A Time called you’.
It is a time-skip romance that revolves around a girl, Joon-hee, who, in an accident, loses her boyfriend and goes back in time. The original story stars Alice Ko, Greg Hsu and Patrick Shih in the lead roles.
Ahn Hyo- seop will take on the dual role of Joon-hee’s boyfriend, Goo Yeon-Joon, and his look-alike, Nam Si-heon, from 1998. Ahn Hyo-seop is currently seen in the drama “Business Proposal”. The drama is loved by audience, which can be clearly seen by the high rating of the show.
Jeon Yeon-been will also play the dual roles of Han Joon-hee and Kwon Min-joo. After a time skip, Joon-hee enters the body of Min-joo, who lives in 1988.
Jeon Yeon-been won Actress of the Year at the 22nd Busan International Film Festival for her performance in the independent film “After My Death.” She was also praised for her role in the popular drama ‘Vincenzo.’
Meanwhile, Kang Hoon will be taking on the role of Jung In-gyu. He has one-sided feelings for Min-joo as he secretly falls in love with her. After knowing the truth that Min-joo likes his best friend Si-heon, he gets stuck between choosing love or friendship. Kang Hoon is best known for his role in the historical drama “The Red Sleeve.”
